New Practice Members at Luna Sol Chiropractic
Welcome to our practice! Have a seat and get comfortable in this safe space. We’re here to support you as you heal and move toward optimal wellness. Please complete our online forms prior to your appointment, if possible. Our onboarding process is over two visits.
The Initial Visit
On the first visit, our staff will check to make sure all paperwork is complete before bringing you into the exam room. During the consult, Dr. Emilie will go over the information on your forms, and ask what brought you in today. After listening to your explanation, she goes into aspects of your life that may contribute to the problem, your goals and expectations.
Next is the physical exam, which will include posture, movement analysis, range of motion, and orthopedic exams, as needed, based on their area of complaint. Dr. Emilie will do a detailed spinal analysis and find areas of stress and tension.
Our chiropractor explains everything she’s doing and why as she goes through the different tests. When she’s done, you’ll receive your first adjustment. Please allow 45 minutes for this visit.
When You Return
The second visit is the report of findings. Dr. Emilie will show you the posture pictures, movement analysis, and other results. She discusses the recommendations for care, which includes a detailed explanation of how things are getting stuck in your body, how we will correct problem, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. You’ll receive your second adjustment today.
The frequency and duration of your care depend on your health goals and severity of conditions. If you’re newly pregnant, care typically runs through the duration of the pregnancy, and we briefly talk about postpartum care.
Financial Responsibility
Luna Sol Chiropractic is a cash practice, so payment is requested at time of service. We make every effort to keep our fees low, allowing us to provide care to as many people as possible. Superbills will be provided upon request for member submission.
